Forgotten and Fantastical (and the big 100)

Mother’s Milk books, a small press that publishes a range of beautiful books, have put together four books so far in their fantasy anthology series The Forgotten and the Fantastical. Four, did I say? But wait! Here comes number five and I’m really pleased to have a story in it. (Great cover, too…)

It’s not published until October but here’s a link to a page where you can pre-order it with a discount. With stories by Becky Cherriman, Angela Readman, and Rosie Garland amongst others, I think it’ll be a very interesting read.

My story involves three women with strange job descriptions who live and work on a mountain under difficult circumstances. It’s called Chantress and I think – well, okay, I’m not sure but I’m going to call it – it’s my number 100. 100 published short stories. I’m celebrating with lime and sea salt dark chocolate.
